Who we are

Région Calfeutrage is a division of SLT Construction, holder of RBQ licence 5874-6892-01. In this policy, "we" means SLT Construction and its Région Calfeutrage division. Our head office is located at 219-3095 av. Jean-Noël-Lavoie, Laval (Québec) H7P 4W5.

Information we collect

When you fill out the quote form, we collect:

• your name, your phone number and, if you provide it, your email;
• the city and, if you provide it, the job address;
• the type of building, the work requested and any details you add;
• the date and time of your consent.

We also record how you arrived on the site: the landing page, the site you came from and, if applicable, the advertising campaign parameters in the link (utm, gclid, fbclid). This data is kept in your browser during your visit and sent with the form. It helps us know which ads work.

Why we use it

• to call you back and book the assessment of your work;
• to prepare your quote and, if you accept it, to carry out and invoice the work;
• to follow up on your request.

We never sell your information.

Your consent

By checking the box on the form, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text message or email about your request. You can withdraw this consent at any time by writing to us or telling us over the phone.

Who has access

Only the members of our team who handle your request have access to it. We use providers to host the site and to manage our client requests (customer relationship management software). These providers may store your information outside Quebec, including in the United States. They may only use it to provide this service to us.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as needed to handle your request and, if you become a client, for the period required by our legal and tax obligations. After that, we destroy it or make it anonymous.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses no advertising cookies and no analytics tools. Our host keeps technical logs (IP address, page requested, date) to keep the site secure and working properly. If we add an analytics tool, this policy will be updated first.

Your rights

At any time, you can:

• ask for access to the information we hold about you;
• have it corrected if it is inaccurate;
• withdraw your consent and ask for it to be deleted;
• ask to receive it in a structured, commonly used technological format.

Write to us at info@regioncalfeutrage.com. We respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.

Security

The site and the form are served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to our tools is limited to the people who need it. In the event of a confidentiality incident that presents a risk of serious injury, we notify the people concerned and the Commission d'accès à l'information.
